After you’ve sent us an enquiry email, we’ll have a conversation and if appropriate, book in a phone call to discuss next steps.

If needed, we may then meet on site to discuss your project further, in order to fully understand the scope of the project

We will work with you to get all the information and key requirements for the design. This will enable us to fully understand your style and aspirations for the project, along with the level of service you require.

We will then provide you with a quote for the project.

This is where we create the look and feel for your project. After researching and considering the brief, we will develop concept ideas with regards to any internal architectural reconfiguration, joinery elements such as kitchen / wardrobes, wall finishes, flooring, lighting, furniture and fabrics and collate inspirational images to help you visualise the scheme.

We will then present the concept to you and get your feedback, refining the concept in line with it if needed. Once you are happy, we will take it on to the Detailed Design stage.

Developing the chosen design concept into a complete design is a collaborative process between you and us.

We produce measured drawings- floorplans, elevations, lighting plans, 3D visuals and renders where required. Physical finishes and samples are presented to you so we can choose the furniture, finishes and fittings that will create the overall finished design. We can also develop and design any bespoke items where necessary.

We will meet with you to run through the schedule and give general support throughout the work. We work closely with the contractor/ builder with regular site visits and can manage deliveries and specialist trades when required.
